Hannah & Charlie - Wedding Photography
East-Tennessee has no shortage of lush rolling mountains and picture-perfect fields. Hannah & Charlie’s wedding at Hidden Meadows in Afton celebrated that rustic, natural, and family-oriented life so admired in our state. A huge wooden barn, a tree swing, an alter shaded by a forest, and a covered bridge to take guests over the creek - the venue was perfect for Hannah & Charlie’s wedding day.
We had the chance to film and photograph their late summer wedding. Everything about this couple is gentle, sweet, and compassionate. When you read in 1 Corinthians 13, “love is patient, love is kind,” you could easily picture Hannah & Charlie. And after meeting all of their families, it’s clear they are surrounded by a loving community that has modeled selflessness their whole lives.
There were so many wonderful moments we could talk about. The reaction of Charlie when he first saw Hannah definitely ranks up there! The pastor, Lee Brown, gave one of the best messages on marriage and true love. But for us, one of our favorite parts of the day was simply looking out across the field after sunset and seeing dozens of family members and friends playing lawn games and enjoying their time together - it was a scene straight out of the happiest of movies.
It was a joy and delight for us to have captured their day with our cameras. We hope only the very best for Hannah & Charlie and hope they love to relive this wonderful day through these pictures. We have chosen just a few of our favorites and posted them here for you to see. Enjoy!

People claim that rain on your wedding day is good luck and we’ve got to say that we agree.
There are often many times where I get to experience “firsts” at weddings. Haley and Brian’s wedding in July of 2018 had so many and beautiful firsts that I was so excited to capture.
A little before Christmas, Sarah & Caleb walked out of First Baptist Church- showered by rose pedals from their garden- no longer as boyfriend and girlfriend, or as fiancé, but as husband and wife.
In early September, we journeyed to Memphis to video and photograph Amanda & Benjamin’s biggest day yet - their wedding day! Held at the beautiful Bridge at ChrisLeigh Farm, Amanda & Benjamin spent the day laughing, crying, dancing, hugging, and kissing. Whether it was sunny or raining (and we had it all!), joy was all around these two.

Kendal & Zach are some of the most kind, polite, and warm people you will ever know. From the moment we first met with them in early 2017, to their engagement session last summer, to their gorgeous wedding day a few weeks ago, it is a joy to know Kendal & Zach. Their love for each other is so clear and they truly seem like a match made in heaven.
On a Monday afternoon in July, we journeyed to Cades Cove to capture Nicole & Cody's destination wedding. They've been together for five years and are the sweetest couple. This is their private wedding in Cades Cove.
Rachel & JD’s magical day held on a lake peninsula in Dandridge, Tennessee. See the photos and highlight video from their wedding day.
From beginning to end, Madison & Tanner’s summertime wedding by the lake was unforgettable! They are so much fun to be around and their wedding was the very definition of beautiful.
