On May 27, we had the amazing opportunity to film Nikki & Kenneth's beautiful wedding day. Everything about this wedding was gorgeous- from the Carnegie Hotel, to the flowers, to the cake, to the wedding dress- and best of all, Nikki & Kenneth were glowing the entire day. As you'll see in the video, they are dearly loved by their friends and family and it was a joy to be a part of it.

I've said it before, and I'll keep on saying it probably until I die, but I love family. Annie and Matthew McDaniel asked me do their family session because of their newest addition to their family- Benjamin! (I haven't gotten to photography many new families, so this was a big YAY for me!!)

When Katie and Adam saw each other for the first time on their big day, they giggled, embraced, and could not keep their eyes off one another. Their love is truly so exuberant and un-missable (a true dream to a wedding photographer!). Combine this love with Katie's contagious laugh and Adam's joy-filled smiles and you've got one of the easiest wedding days ever. 

Lindsay and Chris's beautiful wedding day in the Smoky Mountains! From their melt-your-heart vows they wrote for each other, to their dog ring bearer (Oliver), to the bubble entrance, to the super fun dances late into the evening - Lindsay and Chris had an amazing wedding day and we are so honored to have been a part of it! We hope this video is one they look back on fondly for years to come. 

What I first noticed about Hannah and Charlie was that their love is so pure and sweet. But after hanging out with them for a few minutes, I quickly noticed that they have a playful side about them! 

Corrine and Robby’s amazing day as told through the words they wrote to each other just hours before. We loved making this wedding highlight for them and we hope it's something they cherish forever. 

Adam & Katie- what a couple. A few weeks ago, we shot their engagement photos at the beautiful, Knoxville Botanical Gardens. As you'll be able to tell from the photos, this is a couple whose love for one another is unapologetically pronounced.

Madelyn & Kurt's wedding was held at the beautiful First Presbyterian Church in Morristown, Tennessee. Everything- from the large and colorful stained glass windows to the towering columns at the front of the alter- was magical. It truly felt like a sacred day, one we know they have looked forward to for a long time, surrounded by their beloved friends and families.

It doesn't snow a whole lot in East-Tennessee, but for Amanda & Ben's engagement session, the light dusting was magical!

Amanda & Ben are a wonderful couple that we have the privilege of photographing and filming their wedding day (coming fall 2018!). For the engagement session, their dog Ziggy joined us for a stroll through our little winter wonderland. I have to tell you guys, I just love these pictures of the two of them. It feels so natural and yet so joyful.

On a cold, rainy February day in Jefferson City, we grabbed our coats, strapped on our cameras, and met the Houston family in the park for a family session! You never know what East Tennessee weather you're going to get - especially when scheduling a shoot a month in advance - but thankfully, the Houstons are definitely not quitters and we had an amazing family session!

If you know me, you probably know that I REALLY love families. There is so much sweetness and laughter and vulnerability when it comes to family and I love that. So I couldn't think of a better way to ring in the new year than with a family portrait session with the Durfeys!

In November, we had the privilege to film and photograph the wedding of Mary-Kate and Taylor - one of the most genuinely kind and fun couples we've ever met. Now we finally get to share the video and a few of our favorite shots from the wedding!

When we make wedding videos or engagement photos for our clients, this is what we pray for their future- decades of joy and love together. We loved capturing this special anniversary shoot for our parents, and we (all the Belchers) wish them many, many more years of joy together.
